The Role As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of general ledger activities across local and international Lucanet entities, playing a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our business. You will be at the forefront of critical financial decision-making, utilising your expertise to track, collect, and manage financial data with precision and insight. What you'll do Own end-to-end accounting tasks for local and international Lucanet entities independently Record all business transactions accurately, including payment processing and reminders Post and verify incoming invoices across creditor, debtor, and asset accounting Perform intercompany reconciliations Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in line with local statutory requirements Handle VAT and other statutory returns as required Support internal teams, including tax and external audit, and contribute to accounting projects What you bring to the table University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in account
