This role combines technical accounting excellence with collaborative partnership, where you'll produce critical financial insights that drive profitable growth and informed decision-making. You'll work closely with facility managers, account leadership, and clients to deliver accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and exceptional service. This position offers substantial exposure to complex real estate operations while contributing directly to JLL's reputation for financial integrity and client excellence. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with complete period-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables * Deliver insightful variance analysis and strategic commentary that identifies trends, drives profitable growth, and proactively highlights risk areas for stakeholders * Partner with JLL facility managers and account leadership to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts that support operational planning * Complete balance sheet reconciliations, manage bank accounts, and resolve outstanding items to maintain financial integrity and compliance * Coordinate accounts payable and receiv
