THE ROLE: We are seeking a Senior Accountant to serve as the primary owner of Hartbeat’s Procure to Pay (P2P) process supporting development, production, acquisition, licensing, distribution as well as corporate operations. This Senior Accountant role will report to the Controller. Please note: This is a hybrid role. Hartbeat is in-office 4 days per week, with Tues - Thurs being the core in-office days. Employees have the flexibility to choose between Monday and Friday being their 4th day in office, with the 5th day being their choice based on their preference and personal needs. Our office is located in West Hollywood. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities · A/P and Opex Management: - Own full end to end A/P payables activities within the P2P process, including: reviewing new bills and vendor requests for reasonableness against project and Opex budgets and business needs, confirming with internal business
