If you're a proactive learner and curious problem-solver who constantly strives to do things better, you’ll thrive on our finance team. **What you’ll do:** * Prepare timely and accurate month-end working papers and journal entries to support the financial close process * Analyze monthly financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide meaningful insights and commentary * Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Accounting to evaluate and improve finance team processes, including leveraging automation and AI-powered tools * Prepare reconciliations of high-volume cash and loan receivable accounts with complex funding structures, including investigating and resolving reconciling items and discrepancies * Support year end reporting activities, including assisting with the annual external audit * Assist with ad hoc initiatives, special projects and cross functional business needs * Contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of internal controls to support a strong control environment * Maintain existing accounting policies an
