What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University/College degree in accounting, economics or finance field, Previous experience in accounting, finance or audit field, Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
What You'll Do.
Respond to queries from site managers
representatives of business units (BU) and/or external partners
prepare and process journal entries
Answer questions from other Company units on processed financial records
Perform periodical closing procedures
Perform balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis
resolve discrepancies and errors
Perform stock accounts reconciliation
investigate discrepancies in categories
Handle audit requests
Execute and document process controls related to financial compliance
Contribute to process improvement projects
Drive process improvement initiatives
identifying opportunities to streamline workflows
and increase efficiency across the accounting cycle
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide guidance and support to team members; Act as a resource for colleagues on complex accounting matters; Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in Europe
Communication Scope
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
