Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, Minimum three years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger responsibilities and month-end close, Hands-on experience preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and performing account analysis/flux analysis, Working knowledge of U. S. GAAP, internal control experience supporting internal and/or external audits, Advanced Excel skills (e. g. , pivot tables, lookups, data analysis), ability to work with large data sets and maintain accurate supporting schedules, Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, JDE, NetSuite) to research transactions and support close and reporting activities

Nice to Have

CPA and/or CMA preferred (or progress toward certification), experience in a regulated or SOX environment, preferred

Prepare and post journal entries (accruals

**Senior Accountant** **Position Summary:** * **Full time salaried position** * **Onsite based out of our Malvern, PA location** The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial reporting by performing general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This role partners with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Catalent Micron Technologies Malvern facility specializes in particle size reduction technologies and integrated analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry.
