Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-6 years progressive accounting experience, General ledger accounting experience, Financial reporting experience, Financial analysis experience, Understanding of GAAP, Understanding of financial analysis principles, Proficiency with ERP systems, Experience with NetSuite or similar platforms, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Ability to create complex spreadsheets, Ability to create financial models
Nice to Have
CPA or MBA preferred, Previous experience in public accounting, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Strong problem-solving skills, Effective time management skills, Effective organizational skills, Passion for continuous learning, Passion for professional development

Perform month-end close activities
Perform year-end close activities
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile balance sheets
Analyze financial statements
Lead close process portions
Support timely financial reporting
Prepare financial reports
Prepare financial analyses
Prepare variance explanations
Maintain general ledger
Ensure accuracy of financial records
Ensure completeness of financial records
Collaborate to support accruals
Analyze financial statement fluctuations
Coordinate external audits
Support external audits
Prepare audit schedules
Provide responses to audit inquiries
Determine methods for discrepancies
Determine procedures for discrepancies
Resolve complex accounting discrepancies
Improve financial processes
Identify opportunities for process enhancements
Identify opportunities for automation
Improve efficiency within finance
Improve effectiveness within finance
Provide guidance to junior staff
Provide mentorship to junior staff
