Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead long-term account strategy by understanding client business goals, healthcare market dynamics, and digital performance data to develop actionable growth plans. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including multi-location healthcare organizations and complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Facilitate strategic client sessions with executives and committees, presenting insights, recommendations, and digital roadmaps. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing solutions, healthcare digital strategy, and platform capabilities. Identify, nurture, and expand revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of digital products and services. Monitor account health, manage escalations, and communicate critical updates to ensure strong client relationships and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions that align with client and business objectives. Contribute to process improvements, mentoring peers, and supporting the overall development of the account strategy function. Requirements 5+ years of experience in account strategy, digital consulting, marketing strategy, or client success roles. Strong background in strategic marketing, digital engagement, or healthcare-related digital environments preferred. Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and navigate committee-based decision-making structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and digital marketing channels is preferred. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
