Must Have
3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets, Exceptional presentation skills, Ability to translate complex data into a compelling narrative for stakeholders, Comfortable in ExcelI tools, Enjoy using data to prove value, Thrive in 'hyper growth' and view ambiguity as an opportunity to build something new
Nice to Have
SaaS experience preferred, Native-level fluency in additional European languages are a significant advantage
What You'll Do.
Own a high-value portfolio of top SMB customers
Build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business goals
Ensure customers maximize the Perk platform
Identify profitable upsell and expansion opportunities
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that provide actionable insights
Create templated reporting frameworks
Act as an expert on the Perk product ecosystem
Ensure clients are the first to adopt new features that drive their ROI
Identify recurring friction points across your portfolio
long-term solutions to improve the customer experience
Act as a bridge between Sales
Advocate for clients' needs in our product roadmap
Prioritize efforts to maximize impact
Balance high-touch client management with internal projects that improve team efficiency
