What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of account management experience in a SaaS environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, Proven ability to manage a large book of business with multiple accounts and a track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas, Ability to develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer goals and business outcomes, understanding of revenue drivers, renewal processes, and expansion opportunities, Skilled in building multi-threaded relationships, including executive-level engagement, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to lead QBRs and influence stakeholders, Proficiency in forecasting, risk assessment, and interpreting success metrics

Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Develop proposals and close expansion deals

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Create and execute engagement plans

Lead structured QBR sessions

Develop comprehensive account plans

Maintain accurate churn forecasts

Monitor account health

Implement proactive retention strategies

Identify and assess risks that could impact customer satisfaction

Develop and execute risk mitigation plans

Act as the primary point of contact for resolving critical account challenges
