Position Summary: The Senior Account Manager leads strategic account relationships within a designated territory, serving as the primary point of contact between EverDriven and its clients. This role is responsible for building and maintaining high-level relationships with school districts, overseeing service delivery quality, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Senior Account Manager partners cross-functionally to develop and implement scalable transportation solutions that improve client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and safety outcomes. This individual brings deep account management experience and a proactive, consultative approach to driving long-term client success.
