8–10 years experience in automotive OEM / distributor sales, 8–10 years experience in automotive aftermarket / dealer network management, 8–10 years account management with multi-stakeholder environments, Proven ability to influence non-direct sales teams, Commercial acumen: Pricing, Commercial acumen: Margin understanding, Commercial acumen: Deal structuring basics
Nice to Have
Prior experience within the electric vehicle (EV), mobility, or closely related industries, Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers, Field orientation, with a hands-on approach, Willingness to spend significant time engaging with clients and partners outside of a traditional office environment, Results-driven commercial mindset, Proactive business development capabilities, Structured and disciplined approach to execution
What You'll Do.
Own and grow the automotive vertical
and EV infrastructure integration
Manage and expand relationships with Automotive OEMs
Manage and expand relationships with National distributors &
Manage and expand relationships with Dealer networks &
Drive EV charger sales + bundled solutions
Develop and execute dealer-level activation strategies
and motivate showroom sales teams
Identify upsell opportunities across charger upgrades
Identify upsell opportunities across maintenance contracts
Identify upsell opportunities across software integration
Build structured pipeline
Ensure conversion discipline
Coordinate internally with marketing teams
Coordinate internally with technical teams
Coordinate internally with operations teams
