What You'll Achieve.
Ensure deadlines for the Member are met; Facilitate how value is maximised for the Member; Drive strategic alignment between buy-side and sell side activities; Ensure sourcing strategies evolve to meet member and their respective customer needs; Identify and support with channel specific initiatives/strategies; Translate Walmart’s commercial and strategic priorities into actionable sourcing inputs; Constructively challenge internal sourcing teams; Ensure member needs and expectations are met and align to internal priorities and business goals; Drive operational efficiencies between ClarusONE and its Members; Exceed assigned targets for growth; Deliver on strategic objectives; Maximise value of key molecules; Identify learnings and propose corrective actions; Proactively identify issues on behalf of the Member; Address issues on a timely basis; Demonstrate clear and measurable impact to the Member; Support professional development of Account Associate; Minimize costs or improve service level; Consistently meets or exceeds agreed service standards; Report meaningful KPIs covering Member engagement, initiative progress, and savings performance
Industry & Context.
Problem-solving skills; Ability to identify opportunities; Support resolution of Member operational issues; Identify corrective actions
Willingness and ability to travel internationally, Regular travel to the US (including Bentonville, AR), Attendance at 3 to 5 industry conferences per year, Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences, Occasional out-of-hours working
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar, Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, sales, sourcing, business development or product management
Nice to Have
Masters in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical experience
What You'll Do.
Lead and develop relationship between Walmart and ClarusONE
Develop understanding of Member needs for Walmart pharmacy business
Establish and operate account management framework
Oversee QBR’s and manage annual Member strategic joint planning
Align buy-side and sell-side strategies to meet Member needs
Coordinate activities to exceed assigned targets for growth
Facilitate solution development efforts that address Member wants/needs
Evaluate performance of Member initiatives
Ensure development of internal processes for proactive issue identification
Cascade relevant Member information to internal teams
Present reports on Member progress
and quarterly initiatives
Drive operational efficiencies between Member and ClarusONE
Support resolution of Member operational issues
Monitor and report on financial and commercial performance
Demonstrate clear and measurable impact to Member
Lead and develop Account Associate
Set clear SMART objectives for Account Associate
Conduct regular one-to-ones with Account Associate
Support professional development of Account Associate
Act as deputy to Senior Director
Contribute to broader team culture
Ensure reports and metrics are reviewed monthly
Identify process inefficiencies and corrective actions
Minimize costs or improve service level
Drive high Member satisfaction
Meet or exceed agreed service standards
Define and track meaningful KPIs
Report KPIs to Senior Director
Develop deep understanding of generic pharmaceutical industry
Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape
Take ownership of pipeline visibility
Manage launch readiness activities
Ensure Walmart has timely access to information
