Must Have
Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services, 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually, project or account management experience, experience with brands importing from China, Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, engaging confidently with client leaders at all levels, independent and team management skills, creative problem-solving, exceptional writing, phone, and presentation abilities, focus on delivering results on time
