What You'll Do.
Own and grow relationships
Serve as primary contact
Answer calls promptly
Respond within the hour
Proactively check in with customers
Manage freight execution
Handle service failures
Communicate proactively with customers
Build relationships across stakeholder levels
Conduct weekly account check-ins
Conduct business reviews
Negotiate freight rates
Expand existing accounts
Work closely with Carrier Sales
Defend committed lanes
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Maintain accurate TMS documentation
Maintain communication logs
