What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue, Google Ads, Google Search Ads, Experience working with US Clients, negotiation skills, relationship-building skills, leadership skills, Excellent communication abilities, presentation abilities, problem-solving abilities, Ability to juggle multiple accounts, Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, performance analytics
Nice to Have
Experience in media planning, data-driven marketing strategies, data visualization tools, Google Analytics, CRM software, Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries, Experience managing and motivating a team
