Use market insights to identify realistic opportunities and maximize impact. Translate long-term brand goals into clear, actionable steps and inspire teams, peers, and brand leaders to execute strategy at every touchpoint. Own account health by monitoring daily performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, taking decisive action to keep brands thriving. Forge strong relationships with business leaders at all levels, lead brand communications, manage feedback, and deliver projects with precision and excellence while always going above and beyond to provide a best-in-class brand experience.
