What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in digital media, account management, client success, or a related client-facing role. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience working directly with clients in a consultative capacity, with relationship management and communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to learn new products, technologies, and market trends quickly. Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while prioritizing competing requests and business needs.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate campaign updates, troubleshoot delivery or performance issues, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate closely with peers across the Account Management organization to support team success and knowledge sharing. Serve as a subject matter expert in key areas of the business and contribute to team enablement and process improvement initiatives.
