What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years experience selling, designing, implementing, and/or 10+ years using Motorola Solutions communications systems, video-based situational awareness and access controls solutions, as well as associated end-user devices in real-world situations, Ability to close sales/projects/programs must be demonstrated, Applicants must be self-motivated and independent individuals with the ability to creatively solve problems and seek out opportunities, Ability to understand/interpret customer operational issues/shortcomings with respect to personnel security, anti-terrorism, force protection, and physical security and translate into Motorola Solutions portfolio oriented requirements, Creativity to envision new products, solutions, services, systems, and/or applications, and the flexibility to view issues from the customer’s perspective while keeping Motorola Solutions’ primary business objectives in mind is a necessity, Must be a U. S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by various government contracts
Nice to Have
Preference for experience with DOD and/or DOS, An understanding of the proposal process, as well as a demonstrated ability to professionally and effectively assemble proposals is desired, General technical knowledge of IP networks and associated components, network security/information assurance, and RF principals is a plus, Active Security Clearance a plus, Based on global travel requirements a second language is preferential
