Must Have

3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience

Nice to Have

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role, Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts, Highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback, Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and account management, Analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage performance metrics
