What You'll Achieve.
Ensure a high standard of delivery across all campaigns.; Ensure campaigns remain on track.; Ensure seamless campaign delivery to stores.; Ensure artworks can be approved in good time.; Ensure M&S marketing have given a clear finalized artwork brief.; Manage our studios resource and client’s expectations of when artworks will be fulfilled.; Ensure artwork is completed well, especially during busy periods.; Avoid bottleneck artwork periods by pre-planning.; Be in the detail across the full campaign.; Ensure printers have been engaged on each campaign on deadlines, workload and realistic timings.; Ensure all M&S cost trackers for POS are kept up to date.; Ensure Purchase Orders are raised in good time in advance of the file to print date.; Flag all issues in advance with the M&S planning manager.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience of working in an agency environment with Advertising experience., Have a good knowledge of creative processes and a thorough understanding of in-store POS., The ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential., You hold experience with project management and trafficking multiple projects in tandem, which may be at different points in the creative process., You will be managing more than one project at one time so managing your time effectively is crucial., Previous experience in a leadership or line management role, with the ability to motivate, support and develop others., Confident in acting as a senior day-to-day client contact and building strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders., Able to work at pace in a fast-moving retail environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and control.
Nice to Have
The ability to work from abroad for up to 90 days a year after 12 months.
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and facilitate the production and delivery of in-store Point of Sale (POS) for the M&S Food account.
Work directly with the M&S Marketing in store team
liaising with key stakeholders.
Responsible for keeping all campaigns within budget and on time.
Support the Senior Account Director.
Coordinate the delivery of all administrative elements of marketing campaigns and activity.
Lead the ITG team to hit key critical path deadlines.
Receive briefs from the client (M&S Marketing) and clearly communicate timelines
creative templates that will be followed and costings.
Link all briefs back to direct teams and manage relationships between M&S Marketing and ITG team.
Support on pre-production meetings with Account Managers per campaign.
Maintain and manage relationship with ITG Artwork Production Team.
Flag urgent or large campaigns in advance to the Artwork Production Team.
Brief final artwork to ITG Production team using pre-approved templates.
Pre-plan and have open discussions with the wider team on when artwork is expected to be briefed.
Act as the first point of contact & escalation for the main stakeholder on M&S Food.
Accurately manage information from M&S business units.
Formulate full production and artwork briefs.
Liaise with the Production Director to produce detailed print specifications.
Maintain print allocations for POS material via our tech system
Ensure that printers have been engaged on each campaign on deadlines

Ensure all M&S cost trackers for POS are kept up to date.
Communicate costs regularly with ITG account team
ITG Senior Account Director and M&S marketing.
Ensure Purchase Orders are raised in good time in advance of the file to print date.
Flag all issues in advance with the M&S planning manager.
