The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.   ## About The Role 🚀 As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing Bigblue’s key accounts — some of the most promising European D2C brands — and play a central role in their success. Location: Paris 9th, France (Hybrid) As an Account Manager, you will: Build strong, long-term partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants Deliver customer excellence Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall
