Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure across mid-to-high value B2B opportunities. Engage and convert inbound and outbound qualified leads, ensuring consistent pipeline progression and revenue growth. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations aligned to client needs and business outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across target accounts. Manage pipeline activity accurately using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, ensuring strong forecasting discipline. Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured execution and disciplined follow-up. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with a strong track record of closing deals in the $5K–$50K+ ACV range. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation through to closing and account expansion. Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, pipeline management, and consultative selling approaches. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong pipeline discipline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience working effectively in remote, distributed, or international teams. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a performance-oriented environment.
