## Accountabilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communications and project status updates Coordinate and support the development of healthcare marketing and communications programs across cross-functional teams Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks or roadblocks Facilitate client meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure clear next-step alignment across stakeholders Support new business initiatives, pitch preparation, and proposal development for account growth opportunities Oversee the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance of promotional materials Collaborate with project management teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery of campaigns Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation of project budgets and labor costs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency account management or project management Experience working directly with clients in a healthcare, pharma, or medical communications environment Strong understanding of agency workflows, including MLR processes and regulatory review (preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong client-facing ability Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination tools Experience supporting SOWs, project briefs, and healthcare campaign execution (preferred) Benefits: Competitive salary within an industry-standard range ($67,000 – $93,000 USD) Annual discretionary bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan (401k) Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Parental leave programs Life and disability insurance co
