What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in sales, ideally within SaaS, healthcare technology, medtech, or digital health., track record managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long procurement processes., Experience leading or contributing to public tenders, RFPs, or regulated procurement processes., Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across both clinical and commercial audiences., Strategic, structured, and proactive approach to sales and account management., Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment., Native-level Finnish and fluent English., Passion for improving healthcare delivery through impactful technology., Genuine passion for technology and AI - deep technical expertise is not required, but curiosity and enthusiasm are essential qualities we seek.

Nice to Have

Experience selling into EHR providers, health systems, or public healthcare organisations., Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software., Experience working in startup or scale-up environments., Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.

What You'll Do.

Drive and expand Tandem’s footprint across Finland.

Lead sales processes especially in the SMB-segment.

Manage public tenders.

Build strategic partnerships with our commercial partners.

Lead complex sales cycles from outbound sales motions through to negotiation

procurement) and close.

Drive and contribute to public tender processes

including coordinating submissions

and ensuring strategic positioning.

Develop strategic account plans to grow Tandem’s presence across the Finnish healthcare market.

Drive both direct sales and partner-led commercial initiatives in collaboration with strategic partners.

Maintain pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM and modern GTM tools.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Manage multi-stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational, procurement, IT, and executive functions.; Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and commercial partners.; Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Operations, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to continuously improve our offering and customer experience.; Working closely with local and international teams to grow Tandem’s presence in Finland.; Collaborate with the team firsthand in our Stockholm office.

Communication Scope

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across both clinical and commercial audiences.
