What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Deep understanding of DND and CAF missions, command structures, and operational requirements, Proven success in defence sales, business development, or program management within the Canadian public sector, Familiarity with Security Operations Centers (SOCs), AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks including ITSG-33 and Protected B/C standards, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, Experience navigating Canadian federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles (e. g. , TBIPS, ProServices, SOSA), Canadian Secret or Top Secret clearance
Nice to Have
Military experience or prior collaboration with DND/CAF or Canadian defence agencies (e. g. , CSE, CANSOFCOM), Expertise in operational planning, cybersecurity, or data analytics within Canadian defence environments, Bilingual (English/French)

The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in Canadian defence operations, an understanding of Canadian defence procurement processes, and a passion for solving complex challenges with innovative technology.
