What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4 - 7 years of experience within enterprise sales, business development, consulting, strategy, or a similar commercial environment., Fluency in both German and English with communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills., Experience engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders in complex or enterprise-level sales environments., Exposure to enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.

Nice to Have

Interest or experience within AI, Industrial DataOps, IoT, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or related technologies., Bachelor’s degree a relevant Master’s degree or additional commercial/technical certifications are advantageous.

Build and execute detailed account and pursuit plans while proactively identifying new business opportunities within target accounts.
