What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years B2B sales experience, Enterprise or technical software sales, Demonstrable track record, AEC industry knowledge, Demonstrated ability to run full sales cycle, Experience managing post-sale relationships, Driving expansion in accounts, Comfortable working across time zones, Coordinating closely with US-based team, Based in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore, Fluent English required
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI, ML, or automation platforms, Familiarity with APAC and Middle East AEC market dynamics, Experience navigating enterprise security and procurement processes, Prior experience as early commercial hire
What You'll Do.
Build on Nomic’s existing APAC presence
Identify new target firms
Map buying committees
Develop outbound sequences
Engage prospects across channels
Qualify opportunities against Nomic’s ICP
Maintain accurate pipeline in HubSpot
Contribute to regional forecasting
Run the full sales motion
Lead platform evaluations
Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineering
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals
Develop and localize proposals
Own customer relationship post-close
Partner with Onboarding Manager
Monitor usage and engagement
Identify expansion opportunities
Serve as regional escalation point
Champion customer feedback
Build customer community
Identify and develop regional partnerships
Represent Nomic at AEC conferences
Provide market intelligence
Act as regional subject matter expert
Share objection handling
Contribute to development of regional sales plays
Contribute to localized collateral
Contribute to onboarding materials
