What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of account management experience in digital advertising, marketing, or related, proven track record managing high-value, high-volume interdisciplinary work, Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (e. g. , digital, social, display, video, search) and deliver on client objectives, leadership and relationship-building, proven ability to influence, negotiate, and present to senior stakeholders, Excellent organizational skills, budget literacy, comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for forecasts, P, able to turn insights into actionable recommendations, Clear, confident communicator with excellence in written and verbal, adept at facilitating workshops and senior client meetings
Nice to Have
Experience with complex technical projects (websites and native applications), Knowledge of performance marketing, media planning, and analytics platforms, Background in proposal writing, RFP responses, and new business development, Familiarity with project management tools (e. g. , Asana, Monday, Jira) and CRM systems
