What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10+ years of experience in healthcare communications, public relations, medical communications, or agency client services, Demonstrated experience leading complex client accounts and integrated communications programs, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, financial and operational management capabilities, including budgeting and forecasting experience, Proven people leadership experience, Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities effectively, Capability to work 3 days a week in-office
Nice to Have
Advanced degree, Foundational knowledge of clinical research, trial conduct, and operational delivery, Proven experience developing compelling proposals, pitches and a passion for building new client relationships while identifying growth opportunities, Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, life sciences, business, or a related field, Ability to travel as required
