Close seat expansion opportunities
Identify seat expansion opportunities
Monitor account auto renewal settings
Intervene when auto renewals disabled
Work directly with customer procurement teams
Ensure renewal execution accuracy
Provide mentorship to colleagues
Engage Account Executives on opportunities
Support collaboration with Customer Success Managers
Identify retention strategies
Identify adoption strategies
Provide support to partners
Share renewal blockers
Share missed upsell signals
Provide structured feedback on product experience
