Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in accommodation administration, Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programs, Experience with HRIS and accommodation management systems, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to Have
CLMS or CPDM certification preferred

Conduct intake interviews

Assess individual needs

Identify potential reasonable accommodations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Coordinate with external vendors
Facilitate implementation of approved accommodations
and comprehensive case documentation
Track and analyze accommodation data
Measure program effectiveness
Inform strategic HR initiatives
