What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in own label accessories design within a premium or luxury environment, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, Deep understanding of product development, supplier processes, and commercial considerations such as pricing and range planning
What You'll Do.
Lead the design and delivery of innovative
premium accessories collections
Shape and deliver seasonal accessories and gifting collections
Ensure best-in-class product execution
Bring a commercial lens to design
Deliver to key milestones
Maintain a premium aesthetic
Lead the end-to-end design process
from trend research and concept creation through to final product delivery
colour palettes and key shapes that reflect innovation and brand identity
Manage supplier relationships
ensuring clear design briefs
and high-quality sampling outcomes
Drive continuous improvement through in-season development
and a test-and-learn approach
