Proven experience in own label accessories design within a premium or luxury environment, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, Deep understanding of product development, supplier processes, and commercial considerations such as pricing and range planning

Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accessories Designer to lead the design and delivery of innovative, premium accessories collections that elevate brand identity and drive commercial success. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract. **About the Role** As a Senior Accessories Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering seasonal accessories and gifting collections, aligned with the overall Own Label strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation, ensure best-in-class product execution, and bring a strong commercial lens to design, always delivering to key milestones and maintaining a premium aesthetic. Key responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end design process, from trend research and concept creation through to final product delivery * Develop mood boards, colour palettes and key shapes that reflect innovation and strong brand identity * Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Technical teams to deliver commercially successful collections * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring clear design briefs, strong communication, and high-quality sampling outcomes * Drive continuous improvement through in-season development, trend analysis, and a test-and-learn approach Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’.
