We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Designer with a passion for creating impactful events, exhibitions, activations, and branded environments. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically strong, capable of transforming ideas into high-quality visual experiences and production-ready designs. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop creative 3D concepts, visualizations, and photorealistic renders for experiential projects. * Design exhibition booths, event structures, retail displays, and branded environments. * Produce technical and shop drawings for production handover. * Lead assigned projects from concept development through final design delivery. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. * Review production outputs and support execution to ensure design quality is maintained. * Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising overall studio standards. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably within events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or related industries. * Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, event structures, and branded spatial experiences. * Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona. * Strong understanding of production materials, fabrication methods, and build constraints. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Lumion, Enscape, Cinema 4D, Rhino, or SketchUp. * Previous experience within an events agency, exhibition contractor, or experiential marketing environment. **Personal Attributes** * Strong creative eye and exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to balance creativity with practical production requirements. * Collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership. * Passion for creating engaging and memorable brand experiences. **Ben
