Must Have
5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in game development, Modeling, texturing, and shading skills, Portfolio that demonstrates a high-quality, stylized or whimsical art style, Proficiency in major 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.), Experience with 2D and 3D texturing tools (Photoshop, Substance Painter, 3DCoat), Solid understanding of Unity pipelines for importing and optimizing 3D assets, Familiarity with technical constraints and performance optimization on mobile platforms, Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have
Experience in casual or stylized mobile games, Knowledge of game art production pipelines, Familiarity with AI tools for ideation or texturing, Genuine passion for creating and playing games
