What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on experience in maintenance of semiconductor production tools, Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics and pneumatics, Experience with diffusion systems (e. g. ASM, centrotherm ovens), Experience with ion implanters (AMAT, Nissin), Completed technical vocational training (e. g. Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar field), Willingness to work in shifts, Proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Familiarity with metrology tools for process control (e. g. Surfscan, Semilab WT-2000), Additional training or expertise in vacuum systems or related technologies, German is a plus
What You'll Do.
Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production tools
Proactive maintenance of diffusion and implant equipment
Troubleshooting of diffusion and implant equipment
Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance
Apply workplace safety and efficiency practices aligned with 6S methodology
Participate in tool upgrades and modernization projects
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of maintenance activities
and system performance
Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues
Train and mentor colleagues in the areas of diffusion and implant
and best maintenance practices

Collaborate closely with other maintenance, process, and production teams to achieve performance goals and optimize line efficiency
