Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, foundation in semiconductor device design and fabrication techniques, Experience with DOE, statistical analysis, and manufacturing process control, communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Hands-on experience with silicon device fabrication and cleanroom operations

We’re the world’s leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the U.S. Department of Defense. ### **What You’ll Do** * Design, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for high‑performance silicon and HgCdTe detector arrays * Support detector production and process development in a cleanroom environment * Work across photolithography, wet/dry etch, annealing, metallization, and metrology modules to improve yield and throughput * Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive continuous process improvements and new process development * Collaborate with development engineers to transfer new technologies into manufacturing * Analyze SPC data, run experiments, and contribute to process documentation and equipment qualification * Execute and track production using MES while complying with AS9100 quality standards ### **What You Need** * Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience * Strong foundation in semiconductor device design and fabrication techniques * Hands‑on experience with silicon device fabrication and cleanroom operat
