Must Have
English (B2+/90% level) and Spanish fluency, 2–3 years of experience as a semi-senior finance analyst, Excel modeling skills, Experience using Claude for Excel, University or intermediate degree in Finance or Economics, Good knowledge and experience in revenue, costs, margins, and EBITDA calculation, Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, analysis, and reporting, Capable of working in fast-changing environments with strict due dates, analytical skills, Team player attitude

Experience using QuickBooks accounting software
What You'll Do.
Produce and maintain detailed P&L reports
Maintain cash flow statements
Maintain KPI dashboards
Build complex models to value projects
Maintain complex models to forecast business performance
Compare actual financial results against budgets
Compare actual financial results against forecasts
Investigate discrepancies
Work with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows
Track business performance budgets versus actuals
Assist with budget preparation
Assist with forecasting
Provide financial inputs for business cases
Assist in the preparation of general ledger reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of accounts reconciliations
Assist with book entries
Help with internal audit activities
