Full Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent, remote position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration. The Selling Partner Support Associate is the primary solution provider for global sellers on the Amazon platforms. In addition to providing a remarkable Seller experience. A Selling Partner Support Associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat or/and email cases. Option to choose schedule is subject to availability on the date offer is extended to successful candidate. Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of customer service experience - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - - 2+ years of working experience in corporate environments [AND/OR] volunteering, TCU, internship or university professional practice. - - B1 English proficiency or higher.
