Seller Development Specialist (Polish Speaker) What you’ll have to do: Have in-depth knowledge of all eMAG Marketplace processes and workflows; Contact new sellers daily to teach them how to use the eMAG Marketplace platform; Explain platform workflows and procedures to sellers; Assist sellers in performing operations within the platform; Discuss business growth opportunities with sellers and develop growth plans with them; Analyze seller KPIs and adapt training plans based on their needs; Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues encountered. What makes you a good fit: Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales; Good communication skills, motivation to learn new things and face challenges, ease in initiating and maintaining interpersonal relationships; Advanced level of English; Advanced level of Romanian; Medium to advanced level of Polish; Ambition, logical and structured thinking, quick learning ability, spontaneity, positive attitude; Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Completed higher education; Dynamic person with initiative and the ability to make prompt decisions; Good organizational skills and attention to detail; Speed and efficiency; Bonus: Technical knowledge of e-commerce, PHP.
