What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven skills in providing investment advice and delivering an outstanding customer experience, A Level 4 Financial Planning diploma valid for FCA activity 4 (giving personal recommendations on retail investment products), Investment Market and Product Knowledge, Financial Software navigation skills, Regulatory and compliance knowledge, specifically consumer duty, Relationship Management, Communication and Influencing Skills, Proactive and dynamic approach to change, Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have
A good knowledge and understanding of wider financial markets, with exposure to the full range of banking products and financial planning in-dustry
