Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics, or any related field, At least 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, consulting, business development, or related roles, business acumen with experience in campaign planning and business performance management, Experience in market research, consumer insights, and campaign analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills, Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, Customer-focused and purpose-driven mindset with passion for delivering impactful campaigns

Lead the planning and execution of segment-focused marketing campaigns and strategies

Develop customer propositions and positioning aligned with GCash’s products and services

Drive the development of products and programs tailored to the assigned customer segment

and annual business reviews to assess segment performance and identify growth opportunities

Analyze internal and external data to create insights and improve campaign effectiveness

Champion customer insights and market research to better understand consumer behavior and needs

Manage business cases

Ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
