Must Have
A Bachelor of Education or equivalent and postgraduate qualifications in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Adult LLN (e. g. , Grad Dip TESOL)., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualifications required by ASQA., Demonstrated teaching capability and recent experience delivering client-focused education., Proficiency in using classroom technology and an ability to integrate innovative tools into teaching., Skilled in conducting assessments using nationally accredited curricula (e. g. , CGEA, FSK, CSWE) and frameworks (e. g. , ACSF)., interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in multicultural learning environments.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of AQTF principles and continuous improvement initiatives., Experience using learning management systems (e. g. , Canvas) and student management systems (e. g. , VETtrak)., Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite., Industry experience in fields relevant to learners’ job aspirations, such as hospitality, community services, or warehousing.

Maintain accurate records of training delivery and ensure compliance with privacy and reporting requirements.
