Security Training Manager (Experience Required) 💰 Annual Salary $108,000 | 📍 Culver City, CA DAILY: Oversee the MSC contract requirements, training and development being followed. Forecast and Implementation of the Training Program. Develop and Implement site specific security training Ensure Training Manager is facilitating ongoing MSC/Site Specific Trainin to all personnel. Communicate and Keep Apprised, Account Manager. Prepare all pertinent information for shift briefings, as it pertains to site operations. Monitor, update, and review all MSC/client-specific processes performed by the security operations center. Manager of overall personnel. Objectively review/approve/rescind disciplinary action on a case-by-case basis. Oversee the addressing of any issues and provide feedback to ensure that the needs of the Client SEC-OPS team are heard and are being met.
