What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience managing physical security technology or capital security projects in enterprise environments, Extensive hands-on experience with CCure 9000 access control systems, Deep expertise of video management platforms including VideoEdge, Victor, and Genetec, as well as video analytics solutions, Proven experience running proof-of-concept evaluations and translating findings into scalable solutions, Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination, Experience supporting new construction or renovation projects with defined security design and integration responsibilities, Excellent communication effectively brief senior-level leadership and technical teams
Nice to Have
Familiarity with identity platforms and physical-digital credential workflows, Knowledge of emerging physical security sensors, analytics, and cloud-based security ecosystems, Certifications such as PMP, PSP, CSPO/PSPO, or relevant security technology credentials, Experience working in highly regulated or multi-site global environments, Program and Project Management experience: capital project execution, vendor oversight, budget and timeline management, Technical experience with access control operations, VMS administration, video analytics, system design standards, platform lifecycle management, Evaluation and innovation skills in order to pilot design, testing frameworks, performance measurement, technology selection, Delivers on requirements definition, implementation oversight, QA, commissioning, and turnover, Communication skills in order to provide clear executive-level updates, maintain decision records, escalate risks, and align stakeholders
