Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, at least 2 years of experience in ICT Technical Infrastructure Operations, intermediate proficiency in MS Office, solid understanding of networking fundamentals, good overview of hardware & software, familiar with ITIL V4 Foundation at an intermediate level, upper intermediate (B2) level of English, clear criminal record, general knowledge at the CCNA level or higher
Nice to Have
CCNA or higher certification, German language skills being advantageous
