Full Job Description

## Duties and Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance and service visits to client sites to ensure the optimal performance of physical security systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with access control systems, video surveillance systems, alarms, and related equipment. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or equipment as needed. Conduct system upgrades and software updates to improve functionality and security. Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or onsite visits. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Document service activities, including maintenance visits, repairs, and upgrades, accurately and thoroughly. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in physical security systems to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients. Install and configure physical security systems, including access control systems, video surveillance systems, and related equipment. Mount and secure cameras, sensors, and other security devices in appropriate locations according to design and specifications. Install and connect wiring and cables for power, data, and video transmission. Test and troubleshoot security systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. Provide on-site training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed security systems. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during installations and maintenance activities. Measures distances accurately to lay out work according to design. Drill holes and bolt metal framework and supports in place. Cut, drill and fit brackets, supports, covers, and fixtures from metal sheet, strap, or bar stock.
