Other duties may be assigned.** Responsible for the operation of the fire panel, how to turn sensors on and off and who to contact in case of emergency. Troubleshoots security system problems and correct where possible. Contacts the various outside contractors for work on the security system. Maintains records of repairs. Control scheduling and direction of necessary repairs or adjustments to security system. Make repairs to door hardware, camera problem, access equipment, etc. Perform all key related work such as re-keying of doors, repairing locks, making spare keys, etc. Assists Security Manager to oversee any new installation of security equipment. Trouble shoot and assists other Global facilities with Security programming issues. Responsible for the maintenance of the Casi-Rusco access system and its database. Must be familiar with the various components of the system in order to extract information from the system. Ensure software upgrades on systems are done in a timely manner. Ensure that all security systems are operational and personnel perform scheduled checks. Reviews computer logs and videos and messages for management and oversees the officers doing the reviews in a time
