Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. _**Job Description:**_ Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented**Security Specialist** to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate with all levels of leadership, as well as internal and external customers, to support a variety of interesting and dynamic programs. This position provides onsite support for the site’s security program. _**What You 'll Be Doing:**_ * Interpret and enforce government and company security policies, providing guidance to employees and program managers * Develop, revise, and maintain security documentation and procedures in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and program-specific requirements * Support and advise on security matters for both prime and subcontractor activities, including DD254s and security guidance * Educate personnel, advise senior management, and conduct general and program-specific security briefings * Lead and support security audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action plans to ensure compliance and continuous improvement * Maintain strong relationships with the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) and U.S. Government security customers * Oversee physical security systems, secure area requirements, contingency plans, and emergency response procedures * Administer the site’s Insider Threat program and serve as incident commander for security emergencies * Support other security disciplines, including Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Assurance (IA), Document Control, and Visitor Control _**Required Clearance:**_ * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must possess
